• Seminar “Vietnam-France diplomatic relations: Reality and Prospect”

    The Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics (HCMA) collaborated with the Embassy of France in Vietnam to hold the seminar entitled “Vietnam-France diplomatic relations: Reality and Prospect” in the afternoon of April 6th, 2018. Assoc. Prof, Dr Nguyen Duy Bac, Vice President HCMA and H.E Bertrand Lortholary, French Ambassador to Vietnam co-chaired the seminar.

  • Academy delegation visits and presents gifts to soldiers and islanders on the Truong Sa archipelago

    A delegation of 17 officials led by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Hoang Phuc Lam, Standing Deputy Party Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics joined the second mission of the Ministry of National Defence to visit, encourage, and present gifts to soldiers and islanders on the Truong Sa (Spratly) Archipelago and marine defense platform DK1 from 2 to 12 of April. 

  • Scientific Seminar: “Regional security in the new context: Experiences of Spain and the European Union”

    Mr.Francisco Aldecoa Luzárraga, Vice President of the European-Spanish Association, Complutense University of Madrid visited, worked and talked with the experts and scientists of the Academy on the subject "Regional security in the new context: experiences of Spain and the European Union" on March 29th. Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Viet Thao, Vice President of Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics chaired the reception followed by the scientific workshop.

  • Academy President receives and works with the U.S. Ambassador to Vietnam

    Prof. Dr. Nguyen Xuan Thang, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Chairman of the Party Central Theoretical Council, President of Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics received and worked with the United States Ambassador to Vietnam Daniel Kritenbrink in the afternoon of March 27.

  • Seminar on “Socio-Economic Nordic model: Achievements and Experiences”

    The Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics, in association with the Embassies of Nordic countries in Vietnam (Sweden, Finland, Norway and Denmark) held a seminar entitled “Socio-Economic Nordic model: Achievements and Experiences” on March 23th, 2018 in Hanoi on the occasion of the Nordic Day (March 23th).

  • Academy President receives and works with World Bank Country Director for Vietnam

    Prof. Dr. Nguyen Xuan Thang, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Chairman of the Central Theoretical Council, President of Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics chaired the meeting and worked with Mr. Ousmane Dione, World Bank (WB) Country Director for Vietnam on March 12th in Hanoi.Participants also included leaders of some functional units of the Academy.

  • Scientific Seminar: “Limits of Religious Freedom Rights”

    The Institute of Human Rights along with the Institute of Religion and Beliefs co-organized a scientific seminar titled “Limits of Religious Freedom Rights” on March 6th, 2018 with the participation of lecturers and researchers from these two institutes, a large number of master's students majored in Laws of Human Rights and Religious studies. 

  • Academy President welcomes Spanish Ambassador to Vietnam

    Prof, Dr. Nguyen Xuan Thang, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Chairman of the Central Theoretical Council, President of Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics (HCMA) chaired the reception with H.E. Maria Jesus Figa López-Palop, Spain’s Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Vietnam in the afternoon on 12th March, 2018.

  • Manifesto of Communist Party: Theoretical and practical value in today era

    On the morning of 26 January 2018, Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics, Central Commission for Communication and Education, Central Theoretical Council and Vietnam Academy of Social Sciences co-organized the scientific seminar themed: Manifesto of Communist Party: Theoretical and practical value in today era, to celebrate the 170th anniversary of the “Manifesto of Communist Party” (24/02/1848- 24/02/2018)

  • Seminar on “Social Media and Policymaking from experiences of France and EU”

    The Department of International Cooperation and the Institute of Leadership and Public Policy co-organized a seminar titled “Social Media and Policymaking from experiences of France and EU” on January 23, 2018 at the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics. The speech was presented by Arnaud Mercier, professor of Information and Communication Sciences at the Institute Francaise de Press and researcher at the Analysis and Interdisciplinary Research Center for Media (CARISM) of the Panthéon-Assas University (Paris II).
