The HCMA’s delegation made a working visit to Japan

Implementing Decision No 411/QD-HVCTQG, dated 10th Feb 2017 by President of  the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics, from 15th  to 24th Mar 2017, the delegation of the academy led by Dr Nguyen Van Luong, Vice Director General of Institue of Training and fostering leaders and managers, has attended a training course about methods in training management in Janpan.

In Japan, the course was carefully held and deployed by professors from Japan’s  National personnel Agency, Japan Productivity Association and professional supporters from Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA). The program was designed practically to provide comprehensive knowledge about experience in managing, training and fostering human resources. Details included: (1) Research activities of training & fostering cadres and officials in public sector, (2) Research activities of training & fostering human resources in private sector, (3) Study experiences in holding training courses for staff who manage training. The delegation was warmly, friendly and open hosted, the course’s substances was plentiful and practical.

To appreciate the result of the training course, participants of the delegation positively and passively discussed to figure out issues relating to subjects of the course, as well as study experience of building, holding training activities and training staff in general. During time in Japan, the delegation spent  one day to welcome feedbacks, complete  themes and  make ready for training courses in Vietnam.

On 24th Mar 2017, the delegation returned Vietnam safely and successfully ended the researching and studying trip in Japan.
